The staff stored our bags before check in and told us when the room was ready. It was way earlier than i expected! they also stored luggage after check out. it was really great that they offered the use of showers before my late evening flight. the gym and pool were good. I used both!
the bed was a little too hard. it was just ok.

the beds were big, very comfortable, and clean. the staff stored my luggage before check-in. i found that helpful and efficient. the location is quite central, and close to the waterfront. it made it safe to walk around and explore.

my room, a coast king pet friendly, was very clean. the beds and bedding was excellent. the pool area was so comfortable.
the room i stayed in was a bit dated. the phones need upgrading and new plug ins for tech are a must. parking was also expensive and i have no microwave in the room.

Check-in was fast and efficient. valet parking worked very well. the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. it was a positive experience overall. I would consider staying again.

I had issues with the room. The room smelled strongly of stale cooking oil. the hotel did not provide a kettle for making tea even though teabags were available.
